Opening An Account:
Customers wishing to open an account must fill out an account application regardless if credit is required or not. Unique Fine Fabrics reserves the right to not open an account if we feel there is not sufficient proof of activity in the trade. Payment Terms and Credit:
Visa, MasterCard and Interac are accepted.
An application for credit is required for Net 30 Day terms. Orders will be shipped C.O.D pending establishment of credit.
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% EAR).

When ordering, please include your account number, Unique pattern(s) and color(s) as well as the length of cuts needed. The minimum invoice value is $25.00 and orders less than this will be charged at $25.00, irrespective of the value of the merchandise (excludes samples).
Cancellations must be called in and will be refused once goods have been cut.
Due to the difference in dye lots we cannot guarantee the consistency of colors. For the closest possible match please send us a clipping when ordering.
Workrooms and Third Party Manufactures:
All workrooms and third party manufacturers are held to the same terms and conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to give proper information to the manufacturers so they are able to correctly check the pattern, color and yardage prior to commencing manufacturing.
Limit Of Liability:
The amount of claim is limited to and shall not exceed the invoiced wholesale selling price of Unique Fine Fabrics.
Use and Application of Fabrics:
Unique Fine Fabrics makes no guarantees, or extends any warranty on fabrics which are not used for drapery. Application of fabric other than drapery is done at the customer’s sole discretion and responsibility.
Application of Stain Repellent and Flame Retardants:
Unique Fine Fabrics is not responsible for fabrics which have been altered through these processes. Goods should be checked prior to any alteration.
It is recommended that a professional installation company be used when using our products.
All order are shipped F.O.B Woodbridge, Ontario for Canadian customers and F.O.B Buffalo, New York for US customers.
Orders are shipped using the most economic method based on the size of the shipment. Please include any special shipping instructions when placing your order.
In Transit Damages:
We take great care in packaging all goods in an acceptable manner to ensure your order arrives in good condition. In the event parcels are damaged in transit the shipment should be refused at the time of delivery for return back to us.
Return and Claims Policy
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and RMA number. Please write the RMA number on all returned packages to ensure your credit is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Return Period and Restocking Charge:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipping date. All cancellations and returns of cuts are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Cuts less than 5 yards will not be accepted unless the error was our fault. Absolutely no goods will be accepted once they have been cut or packages have been opened for hardware.
